มหาวิทยาลัยคิงอับดุลลอฮ์วิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี (King Abdullah University of Science and Technology – KAUST) ประเทศซาอุดีอาระเบีย ประกาศเปิดรับสมัครนักศึกษาต่างชาติทุกสัญชาติ รวมถึงคนไทย เข้ารับทุนการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโทและปริญญาเอกแบบ “ทุนเต็มจำนวน” ตั้งแต่วันนี้จนถึงวันที่ 17 มกราคม 2569 (2026)

ทุนนี้ครอบคลุมค่าเล่าเรียนเต็มจำนวน พร้อมเบี้ยเลี้ยงรายปี 20,000–30,000 ดอลลาร์สหรัฐ (ประมาณ 700,000–1,000,000 บาท) รวมทั้งสวัสดิการที่พักภายในมหาวิทยาลัย ค่าเดินทางไป–กลับประจำปี ประกันสุขภาพและทันตกรรม ตลอดจนเงินสนับสนุนการตั้งถิ่นฐานใหม่ โดยผู้ที่ผ่านการคัดเลือกสามารถพาครอบครัวติดตามได้

KAUST ก่อตั้งเมื่อปี 2009 ที่เมือง Thuwal ติดทะเลแดง ห่างจากนครเจดดาห์เพียง 1 ชั่วโมง แม้จะเป็นมหาวิทยาลัยที่ก่อตั้งไม่นาน แต่ได้รับการจัดอันดับติด Top 10 ของโลกในด้านการเติบโตงานวิจัย (2019) มีอาจารย์และนักวิจัยระดับโลกจากหลายประเทศร่วมสอนและทำงานวิจัย

เงื่อนไขการสมัคร

• รับสมัครผู้สมัคร ทุกสัญชาติ รวมถึงผู้ถือสัญชาติไทย

• ต้องจบการศึกษาปริญญาตรี/โทในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• มีผลสอบภาษาอังกฤษ TOEFL iBT ≥ 81 หรือ IELTS ≥ 6.5 (เว้นผลสอบได้หากจบจากสถาบันที่ใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเป็นหลัก)

• ไม่บังคับ GRE แต่หากมีจะช่วยเพิ่มโอกาสคัดเลือก

• ต้องแนบเอกสารสำคัญ ได้แก่ Transcript, CV, Statement of Purpose, จดหมายแนะนำ 3 ฉบับ, และผลสอบภาษาอังกฤษ

“KAUST Opens Fully Funded Scholarships for Master’s & PhD Programs – Thai Students Eligible to Apply with Benefits Worth Over USD 30,000 Annually”

King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), Saudi Arabia, has officially opened applications for its fully funded Master’s and PhD scholarships for international students — including Thai nationals — with the deadline set for January 17, 2026.

The KAUST Fellowship covers full tuition fees, annual living stipend of USD 20,000–30,000 (approx. THB 700,000–1,000,000), on-campus housing, annual round-trip airfare, medical and dental insurance, as well as relocation support. Selected students may also bring their families to reside at KAUST, making it one of the most comprehensive scholarships in the region.

Located in Thuwal on the Red Sea coast — just one hour from Jeddah, two hours from Makkah, and three hours from Madinah — KAUST is a rapidly growing research-focused university founded in 2009. By 2019, it was ranked among the Top 10 fastest-growing universities in the world for research output (Fractional Count – FC). The faculty includes world-class professors and researchers from leading global institutions.

Eligibility Requirements

• Open to all nationalities, including Thai applicants.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

• Minimum English proficiency: TOEFL iBT ≥ 81 or IELTS ≥ 6.5 (waived for graduates of English-medium universities in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or Ireland).

• GRE is optional but strongly recommended.

• Required documents: Academic transcripts, degree certificates, CV, Statement of Purpose, 3 recommendation letters, English test scores, and GRE (if available).
